Duties and Responsibilities- calling of all show cues (lights, sound, fly, deck, props), coordination and attendance at all rehearsals, creation and dispersion of nightly cast and rehearsal reports, creation of production reports during shows, supported assistant stage managers in key tasks and learning of position, attendance and note taking at all related meetings, communication with all departments, coordination of cast members, live contact with music director during show, backstage organization
Special Aspects- live band on stage, sword work, large prop work, lifts, special safety measures and precautions for actors on set height, mid show swing in/audience announcement
